一般描述
来自 双花扁豆（硬皮豆）的凝集素是一种异源四聚体糖蛋白，其分子量约为113 kDa。双花扁豆凝集素（DBA）对于末端α连接的N-乙酰基-D-半乳糖胺（GalNAc）有特异性。它是一种膳食凝集素。
应用
来自双花扁豆（硬皮豆）的凝集素已被用于：
- 表征小鼠子宫自然杀伤（uNK）细胞
- 采用凝集素双重染色定位核因子-κB（NF-κB）活化
- 作为物种特异性生殖母细胞标记物用于确定供体细胞定植
- 标记未分化的精原细胞/猫睾丸组织
生化/生理作用
DBA具有抗人-A1血型特异性，可用于区分A1和A2血型。 DBA具有很强的抗-Cad活性，并且对末端N-乙酰基-α-D-半乳糖胺基残基具有亲和力。从亲和纯化的凝集素制备偶联物。
双花扁豆凝集素（DBA）具有结合活性，可用作双核细胞的标记物，并可指示其分化状态。它可用作原始生殖细胞（PGC）、生殖母细胞、前精原细胞和精原细胞的标记物。
