General description

Application

使用乳胞素：

作为蛋白酶体抑制剂，抑制蛋白质降解
抑制细胞蛋白酶体活性，为活细胞成像
阻断人单核细胞来源的树突状细胞(MoDC)中蛋白酶体蛋白水解长达24小时
对动物进行单侧注射，诱导黑纹状体病变

Biochem/physiol Actions

乳酸菌素在小鼠神经母细胞瘤细胞系中具有抑制细胞周期发育、刺激分化等作用。它可以作为Clasto-乳胞素β-内酯的前体。细胞可透过性和不可逆蛋白酶体抑制剂(Ki = 4nM)。抑制NF-kB的活化(IC50 = 10mM)。在neuro2A小鼠神经母细胞瘤细胞中诱导神经突生长。
