Application

通用 Western 印迹法方案:

  • 凝集素浓度:0.1 μg/mL

  1. 每个泳道加入500 ng糖蛋白样品
  2. 运行 4-20%Bis-Tris SDS 页面凝胶
  3. 将凝胶转移至 PVDF 膜上
  4. 用 RTA 缓冲液(R0278 Sigma)在室温下封闭膜 1 小时
  5. 在室温下用 RIPA 缓冲液将 HRP 凝集素以 0.1ug / ml 孵育 2 小时
  6. 用 25ml RIPA 缓冲液洗涤膜 5×5 分钟
  7. 使用化学发光底物(CPS1-120)进行检测

Biochem/physiol Actions

花生凝集素不会凝集正常的人类红细胞,但会强烈凝集神经氨酸酶处理的红细胞。花生凝集素具有与人血清中的抗 T 抗体相似的有效抗 T 活性。凝集素可用于区分人淋巴细胞亚群。
