General description
作为脂质运载蛋白家族的一员,βLg是由162个氨基酸组成的小分子蛋白质,分子量∼18,400 Da,具有八链β-桶状(链 A-H)结构,后接一个含有3转角的α-螺旋和构成一部分二聚化界面的最后一条β-链(链 I)。
