General description

Application

Km 约为 2 μM 的萤火虫荧光素酶的底物。
荧光素用于通过荧光素酶检测测定小鼠和拟南芥种子中的荧光素酶活性。它也被用于测量新生大鼠心室心肌细胞的生物发光。

Biochem/physiol Actions

细胞内的荧光素摄入受到三磷酸腺苷(ATP)结合盒(ABC)转运体抑制剂的调节，例如ATP结合盒转运子G2 (ABCG2)/乳腺癌耐受蛋白(BCRP)抑制剂烟曲霉毒素C等。这一基质被萤火虫萤光素酶氧化，发出能够穿过活组织的光量子。
