Biochem/physiol Actions

柠檬苦素是一种三萜类糖苷配基,是柑橘类水果的苦味成分。它对几种癌细胞系具有抗增殖、凋亡的活性,并抑制由乙氧基甲烷诱导的大鼠结肠癌。它还可以通过抑制HIV-1蛋白酶的活性来抑制培养的单核细胞、巨噬细胞和单核细胞中的HIV-1复制。
柠檬苦素通过下调信号转导和转录活化因子3/microRNA-214(STAT3/miR-214)信号通路,在溃疡性结肠炎(UC)中发挥抗炎作用。它可作为抗癌剂,在体外研究中参与下调无翅基因相关整合位点(Wnt)信号通路组分。

柠檬苦素也称为柑橘柠檬苦素和吴茱萸内酯(evodin),是存在于柑橘籽中的高浓度植物次生代谢产物。属于柠檬苦素类衍生物。
柠檬苦素可用于柑橘制品中柠檬苦素的定量测定。也可用于其他试验作为对照、标准品或竞品,或用于柠檬苦素的生理学、代谢和生物合成研究。
