Application

最小必需培养基Eagle已用于培养成骨样细胞系MG-63、分散心室细胞和子宫内膜腺癌Ishikawa细胞。

General description

它含有19种氨基酸。必需氨基酸和非必需氨基酸；L-ala、L-asn、L-asp、L-glu、L-gly、L-pro和L-ser。可能跟适合于在血清浓度降低的情况下生长贴壁细胞，或作为开发无血清培养基的基础。
最小必需培养基Eagle包含糖、无机盐、水溶性维生素和必需氨基酸。它广泛用于许多细胞培养基研究的培养基配方。它是Eagle基础培养基（BME）的改良版本，大部分氨基酸的浓度是BME的两倍。

Preparation Note

按照每升培养基9.6克粉末配制。
