General description
产生小鼠IgM的MOPC-104E肿瘤系是矿物油诱导的浆细胞瘤,起源于BALB/c小鼠并腹膜内携带。小鼠具有五种类型的免疫球蛋白 - IgM,IgG,IgA,IgD和IgE。IgM以单体形式存在于B淋巴细胞表面。
