Biochem/physiol Actions

真核细胞含有两种不同的苹果酸脱氢酶同工酶:线粒体同工酶(m-MDH)和可溶性或细胞质同工酶(s-MDH)。该产品由线粒体同工酶形式组成。
该酶可催化以下反应:草酰乙酸+β-NADH→ L-苹果酸+β-NAD
