Murashige & Skoog培养基广泛用于植物组织生长培养基。 M&S基础培养基含有大量营养素,包括高含量的硝酸盐和有机添加剂,如琼脂、糖、维生素和生长调节剂。 经常添加到M&S中的重要生长调节剂包括IAA(生长素/形态发生素)和激动素(细胞分裂素/细胞分裂促进剂)。

制备说明
Murashige & Skoog培养基可以由粉末复溶,或者将作为M&S完全培养基主要成分(大量营养素混合物和维生素混合物)的产品混合后复溶。 Murashige 和 Skoog 盐混合物(M2909) 含有原始经典配方的常量营养素和微量营养素,不含硝酸铵。它可以与M&S维生素或Gamborg维生素结合,辅以蔗糖、琼脂、生长素(IAA)和细胞分裂素(激动素),形成植物组织生长完全培养基。
