General description

Eagle最低必需培养基(MEM)是Harry Eagle开发的人工合成细胞培养基。培养基含有较高浓度的氨基酸,因此比较接近哺乳动物培养细胞的蛋白质浓度。在含有Hanks′或Earle′s盐的配方中选择补充非必需氨基酸,可扩大该培养基的用途。去除钙成分后,可用于悬浮细胞培养。它是经典MEM配方的改良版。厄尔′盐类已被汉克′盐类所取代。由于碳酸氢盐浓度显著降低,因此该介质具有显著降低的缓冲能力。

Application
