General description
MOPS-EDTA-乙酸钠（MESA）是Northern印迹程序之前RNA电泳最常用的运行缓冲液。 对于最大值分离度，建议施加5 V/cm的电压。
Application
适合在制备甲醛-琼脂糖凝胶和RNA电泳相关的运行缓冲液时使用。
Preparation Note
1x MESA缓冲液含有：
- 40 mM MOPS
- 10 mM 乙酸钠
- 1 mM EDTA (pH 8.3)
将瓶中的全部内容物溶解在最终体积为1L的分子生物学级水中。 这产生了10X MESA贮备液，可以根据需要进一步稀释。
