N-(2-巯丙酰)甘氨酸(NMPG)是一种与自身免疫性低血糖相关的硫醇化合物。它是一种可扩散抗氧化剂,可降低结肠损伤的严重程度。NMPG还可减轻髓过氧化物酶活性,刺激缺氧诱导因子-1(HIF-1)-血管内皮生长因子(VEGF)溃疡愈合途径。
