McCown木本植物培养基基盐是木本植物培养基(WPM)的非维生素组分(化学库),用于根培养物的增殖和伸长。

Application

McCown木本植物基础盐混合物已用于顶芽和腋芽培养。也可用于根芽再培养,以建立芽尖组织培养物。

Preparation Note

如Lloyd和McCown(1981)所述含常量营养素和微量营养素。
