General description

N,N′-亚甲基双丙烯酰胺通常简称为bis。它可在由丙烯酰胺单体链组成的聚丙烯酰胺凝胶制备中用作交联剂。N,N′-亚甲基双丙烯酰胺和丙烯酰胺的浓度决定了凝胶的孔径大小。较高浓度的Bis形成孔径较小的刚性凝胶，因为交联越多聚合程度越高，反之亦然。
