General description
多药耐药蛋白3（MDR3）又称ATP结合盒亚家族B成员4。在肝细胞中表达，由1279个氨基酸组成。编码它的基因位于人类染色体7q21.12上，由27个外显子组成。
Immunogen
MDR3 P-gp（氨基酸629-692）GST融合蛋白。
Biochem/physiol Actions
与MDR3的内部表位反应。不与人MDR1 P-gp发生交叉反应。
多药耐药性蛋白3（MDR3）充当ATP依赖性输出物，并将磷脂，特别是磷脂酰胆碱（PC）转移到胆汁中。MDR3的功能障碍导致原发性胆汁中胆汁盐的过量，并进一步导致肝脏疾病。
Physical form
