General description

Application

Biochem/physiol Actions

MEM 通常在 15 psi 下用 0.5% 细菌蛋白胨高压灭菌 20 min，冷却，然后用 NaHCO₃ 中和，始终支持细胞生长良好。当 MEM 和细菌蛋白胨分别进行高压灭菌时，获得了相似的结果。细胞最初以单层生长，随后成为固定悬浮液。
