General description
MCDB-131培养基提供了一个清晰和平衡的营养环境，可选择性地促进特定细胞类型的生长。MCDB-131在补充0.7% FBSP、10 ng/ml表皮生长因子、1 μg/ml氢化可的松后，可支持人微血管内皮细胞（包括人脐静脉内皮细胞）的克隆性生长。MCDB培养基用于特定类型细胞的低蛋白或无血清生长，使用的是激素、生长因子、微量元素或低水平透析胎牛血清蛋白（FBSP）。
Application
MCDB-131培养基已用于：
- 作为牛视网膜内皮细胞基础培养基的组分
- 培养牛肺微血管内皮细胞
- 分离猪颅内内皮细胞和猪主动脉内皮细胞
Preparation Note
按照每升培养基11.6克粉末配制。
补充1.18 g/L碳酸氢钠。
