Biochem/physiol Actions
IgG1 分子量为 146 kDa,是一种大量表达的 IgG 亚类。IgG1 缺陷导致总 IgG 水平总体下降,从而导致低丙种球蛋白血症。IgG1 促进细菌吞噬作用,介导疫苗诱导的感染保护作用。IgG2a 与 IgG1 的比例对抗热带利什曼原虫感染的免疫应答至关重要。其与 Fcγ 受体 (FcγR) 具有高结合亲和力。高水平 IgG1-κ抗体与肾小球肾炎的病理有关。
