Biochem/physiol Actions

甲基钴胺素(MeCbl)是蛋氨酸合酶的辅酶。在甲基化循环中，蛋氨酸合酶参与高半胱氨酸到蛋氨酸的转化。它具有改善神经系统疾病、腕管综合症和bell′s麻痹的作用。
相较于其他咕啉/钴胺素衍生物来说，维生素B12 类似物是一种效力较低的一氧化氮合酶（NOS）抑制剂。

General description

甲基钴胺素(MeCbl)是维生素B12 （钴胺素）的类似物。它与钴胺素的不同之处在于含有一个甲基。生理活性形式的维生素B12含有甲基钴胺素和腺苷钴胺素。
