General description

现在我们可提供全新的淀粉酶检测试剂盒MAK478!淀粉酶是一种糖苷水解酶,它能裂解多糖(如淀粉或糖原)中的葡聚糖键,从而释放多糖分子。α-淀粉酶存在于动物、植物和许多真菌中。在哺乳动物中,α-淀粉酶是淀粉酶的主要形式,是膳食消化的主要酶之一。α-淀粉酶的活性和稳定性都依赖于钙离子。人体α-淀粉酶的水平在胰腺和唾液分泌物中最高。血液和尿液淀粉酶水平的升高是由于胰腺疾病和唾液腺损伤引起的。唾液淀粉酶活性的增加也是交感神经系统活性增加的一个标志。
