General description

Biochem/physiol Actions
在该检测试剂盒中，葡萄糖被葡萄糖氧化酶氧化，生成的比色（570nm）/荧光 (λex = 535 nm/λem = 587 nm) 产物和葡萄糖含量成正比。为了测量蔗糖，会在反应中加入蔗糖酶，将蔗糖转化成葡萄糖和果糖。总葡萄糖减去自由葡萄糖就是蔗糖的浓度。该试剂盒检测线性范围，葡萄糖荧光分析是0.2-1.0nmole，葡萄糖比色分析是2-10nmole。
