General description
葡萄糖-6-磷酸脱氢酶(G6PDH)可催化葡萄糖-6-磷酸转化为6-磷酸葡糖酸-δ-内酯,这是磷酸戊糖途径(PPP)的第一步和限速步骤。PPP途径对于维持辅酶烟酰胺腺嘌呤二核苷酸磷酸(NADPH)和戊糖的产生至关重要。所产生的NADPH对于通过GSH再生进行氧化还原调节,以及为脂肪酸生物合成提供还原当量至关重要。G6PDH的缺陷使个体易患非免疫性溶血性贫血。
