General description

Application
氯高铁血红素测定试剂盒长期用于测定游离氯高铁血红素（氧化血红素）的水平。
适合用于细胞和组织培养上清液、尿液、血浆、血清、粪便材料、培养基和其他生物样品。
Biochem/physiol Actions
在该测定中，通过偶联的酶反应测定血红素浓度，其产生与存在的 Hemin 成比例的比色（570nm）产物。
