原理
脂肪酶活性检测试剂盒为测量各种样品中的脂肪酶活性提供了一种简单直接的方法。使用偶联酶反应测定脂肪酶活性，会导致比色 (412 nm) 产物与存在的酶活性成比例。一单位脂酶指的是在37°C下，每分钟产生1.0 μmole TNB所需的酶量。
