原理

ALT活性检测试剂盒可提供在多种生物学样本进行简单而直接的ALT活性测定过程。

ALT活性由一种偶联酶检测所确定，其可产生与生成的丙酮酸盐成比例的比色（570 nm）/荧光（λex = 535/λem = 587 nm）产物。一个单位的ALT定义为在 37 °C每分钟可生成1.0 μ摩尔丙酮酸所需的酶量。
