现在我们可提供全新的醇脱氢酶(ADH) 检测试剂盒MAK498!醇脱氢酶(ADH) 是一个酶家族,可以催化醇转化为醛的反应,同时将NAD+还原为NADH。人体有9种ADH的同工酶,具有ADH活性的酶类主要存在于肝脏。ADH家族成员是涉及醇去毒作用的主要酶。ADH酶的遗传变异会导致ADH活性的差异和酒精耐受性,可调节酒精中毒易感性。

原理

酒精脱氢酶活性检测试剂盒提供了一种简单而直接的程序来测量各种样品中的多动症活性。在酶反应中使用乙醇作为底物来测定多动症的活性,这产生了与酶活性成比例的比色(450纳米)产物。ADH的一个单位是在37℃下,在pH 8.0时每分钟产生1.0 & # 956;摩尔NADH的酶量。
