原理

柠檬酸的浓度通过酶偶联法检测，产生与存在的柠檬酸成比例的比色（570 nm）/荧光（λex = 535/λem = 587 nm）产物。柠檬酸检测试剂盒的灵敏度在各种样品中通常为0.1至10 nM（2 μmM-10 mM）柠檬酸。
