一般描述
微粒体甘油三酯转移蛋白(MTP),一种存在于肝脏中的膜结合蛋白,可在极低密度脂蛋白(VLDL)的组装和分泌中起到重要作用。MTP对于肠内乳糜微粒的组装和分泌也是必需的。该蛋白有助于甘油三酯(TG)、胆固醇酯(CE)和磷脂酰胆碱(PC)在磷脂表面之间的转移。 MTP基因中的突变可导致无β脂蛋白血症。
