Biochem/physiol Actions
本试剂盒中，甘油浓度通过涉及甘油激酶和甘油磷酸氧化酶的偶联酶测定法确定，得到比色（570 nm）/荧光（lex = 535 / lem = 587 nm）产物，和甘油含量成比例。本试剂盒显性检测范围为10-1,000μM (比色)和2-50μM (荧光)。
