General description

Application
转化酶检测试剂盒已用于甘蔗转化酶抑制因子重组蛋白的筛选。
适用于检测生物及环境样品中的转化酶活性，可用于筛选转化酶抑制因子。
Biochem/physiol Actions
在本试剂盒中，转化酶活性通过偶联酶试验测定，转化酶将蔗糖裂解为葡萄糖和果糖，得到比色 (570 nm)/荧光 (λex= 535 /λem= 587nm) 的产物，与存在的转化酶活性成正比。一个单位的转化酶是在测定条件下在 pH 4.5 下每分钟催化形成 1.0μmole 葡萄糖的酶量。
