Application
乙酰胆碱酯酶活性测定试剂盒已用于测定大鼠有机磷酸盐模型和脑组织匀浆中乙酰胆碱酯酶的活性 。
本品适于检测血液、血清和血浆等多种生物样品中的乙酰胆碱酯酶。
Biochem/physiol Actions
该测定是Ellman方法的优化形式,其中由AChE产生的硫代胆碱可与5,5′-二硫代双(2-硝基苯甲酸)反应形成与AChE活性成正比的比色(412nm)产物。一个单位AChE表示在室温,pH7.5条件下,每分钟催化产生.0 μmol硫代胆碱所需的酶量。该试剂盒的线性范围为10-600单位/L AChE活性。

General description
乙酰胆碱酯酶(AChEs)是将神经递质乙酰胆碱(ACh)水解为乙酸和胆碱的酶。AChE位于突触间隙并且可通过催化ACh的分解来终止突触传递,从而允许胆碱能神经元在激活后返回静息状态。 它还存在于红细胞、运动和感觉纤维、肌肉、神经以及中央和外周组织的膜中。AChE活性的变化可能是由于暴露于某些杀虫剂环境下导致的,这些杀虫剂起到胆碱酯酶抑制剂的作用。AChE抑制剂也可用于治疗某些疾病,例如痴呆症。
