Biochem/physiol Actions
该测定是Ellman方法的优化形式，其中由AChE产生的硫代胆碱可与5,5′-二硫代双（2-硝基苯甲酸）反应形成与AChE活性成正比的比色（412nm）产物。一个单位AChE表示在室温，pH7.5条件下，每分钟催化产生.0 μmol硫代胆碱所需的酶量。该试剂盒的线性范围为10-600单位/L AChE活性。

General description
