General description
α-葡萄糖苷酶作用于末端非还原a(1→4)-连接D-葡萄糖残基,水解糖水化合物,释放D-葡萄糖。庞佩氏症和糖尿病会出现葡萄糖苷酶异常。

Biochem/physiol Actions
