一般描述

白蛋白是人体中丰度最高的血浆蛋白。它占总血清蛋白质的∼60%。白蛋白具有重要的生理作用，包括维持胶体渗透压，结合长链脂肪酸、胆汁酸、胆红素、血红素、钙、镁等关键物质。它具有抗氧化和抗凝血作用，是营养因子和药物的载体，也是一种有效的血浆pH缓冲液。血清白蛋白是发病率和死亡率、肝病、肾病综合征、营养不良和蛋白质丢失性肠病的可靠预后指标。高水平的白蛋白与脱水有关。

适用性

适用于对血清、血浆、尿液及其他生物样品中的白蛋白进行检测。

原理

BCG（溴甲酚绿）白蛋白检测试剂盒旨在不经样品预处理直接测定白蛋白。优化后的配方可大幅减少原始样品中其他物质（配体/其他蛋白质）的干扰。也可用于测量药物和其他化合物对白蛋白代谢的影响。该过程包括添加单一工作试剂和5分钟的孵育。优化后的配方大大提高了试剂和信号的稳定性。该试剂盒采用溴甲酚绿，与白蛋白形成特殊的彩色复合物。颜色的强度（在620nm处测量）与样品中的白蛋白浓度成正比。
