General description

胆红素,也称类胆红素,是由肝脏中血红素分解代谢而形成的降解产物。胆红素在血流中以未结合的不溶形式(间接胆红素)或可溶的葡糖苷酸-结合形式(直接胆红素)循环。结合胆红素从肝脏的胆小管转移到胆囊,在消化过程中被分泌到小肠中。胆红素水平过高可导致黄疸,并表明可能患有肝脏疾病、血液疾病或胆管阻塞。

Application

可用于血清和血浆样品中总胆红素和共轭胆红素的测定。
胆红素检测试剂盒用于检测样品中总胆红素的浓度。

Biochem/physiol Actions

该检测方法基于Jendrassik-Grof法,利用胆红素与重氮化对氨基苯磺酸反应生成可在530 nm处进行检测的比色产物,其与样品中存在的胆红素成比例。该检测试剂盒可检测总胆红素和结合胆红素。
