General description
柠檬酸合酶(CS;EC 2.3.3.1)是一种线粒体酶,存在于所有能够进行氧化代谢的细胞中。它在Krebs 三羧酸循环中,催化草酰乙酸合成柠檬酸盐。1,2柠檬酸合酶参与能量产生、脂肪生成和胆固醇生成,其活性遵循昼夜节律模式。
