脂滴（LD）是动态的、普遍存在的脂质储存细胞器，主要存在于脂肪细胞中。存储在LD中的甘油三酯、中性脂质和胆固醇酯是最大的能量来源。脂肪细胞中LD过量可导致肥胖和肥胖相关病症，如血脂异常和糖尿病。

应用

脂质（油红O）染色试剂盒用于对样品中的脂质和脂肪细胞进行染色。

适用性

此试剂盒适于染色中性脂质，可用于两块96孔板、两块6孔板或者四个100mm培养皿。

原理

脂质（油红O）染色试剂盒适用于对培养细胞的中性脂质进行选择性染色和检测。试剂盒中包含的苏木精可对细胞核进行染色。
