General description

脂滴(LD)是动态的、普遍存在的脂质储存细胞器,主要存在于脂肪细胞中。存储在LD中的甘油三酯、中性脂质和胆固醇酯是最大的能量来源。脂肪细胞中LD过量可导致肥胖和肥胖相关病症,如血脂异常和糖尿病。

Application
