General description

Biochem/physiol Actions
该胆汁酸检测试剂盒提供了一种方便的荧光测定方法来测量生物样品中的总胆汁酸。在该检测中,3-羟基类固醇脱氢酶与所有十二种胆汁酸反应,将 NAD 转化为 NADH,这将探针还原为高度荧光的产物。得到的荧光强度(γex = 530 nm/γem = 585 nm)与样品中的胆汁酸浓度成线性关系。
