The Glutathione Peroxidase Assay Kit directly measures NADPH consumption in the enzyme coupled reactions. The measured decrease in optical density at 340 nm (A₃₄₀) is directly proportional to the enzyme activity in the sample.

Enhanced Detection Range: Detect GPx activity accurately across a wide range, from 40 to 800 U/L, using only 10 μL of sample in a 96-well plate setup, ensuring comprehensive analysis with minimal sample requirement.
