生化/生理作用

CellVue Claret荧光细胞交联剂试剂盒使用一种专利的细胞膜标记技术,可在细胞膜的脂质区域内稳定嵌入一种带有长脂肪链的远红外荧光染料(CellVue Claret)。†

包装

该试剂盒可提供足够的染料,每种样品可容纳多达 50 个样品,每个样品可容纳 2000 万个样品,当使用最终浓度为 2 x 10-6 M PKH26 染料的 2 mL 最终染色体积时,可为每个样品提供足够的稀释剂,最多可容纳 30 个样品。用户必须根据其细胞类型和实验目的确定最佳的染料和细胞浓度。
