General description

Venor™ GeM 支原体检测试剂盒利用聚合酶链反应（PCR），成为检测细胞培养物和其它细胞培养衍生生物制品中支原体和无胆甾原体污染的灵敏度最高的首选方法。检测需要低至 1-5fg 的支原体 DNA，对应于每个样品 2-5 个支原体。引物组对高度保守的 rRNA 操纵子有特异性，更具体而言，对支原体基因组中的 16S rRNA 编码区有特异性。这让我们可以检测迄今为止测试的所有支原体、无胆甾原体和脲原体物种，这些物种通常是细胞培养物中的污染物。该试剂盒不可扩增真核和细菌 DNA。

Application

Preparation Note

该试剂盒在环境温度下运输时是稳定的。收货后，在 2–8 °C下储存。 引物/核苷酸混合物、阳性对照和内对照再水化后，在 –20 °C 以下储存，避免反复冻融。对于低样品数的重复测试，引物/核苷酸混合物和对照应在再水化后等分。遵循这些建议，该试剂盒在标签上注明的失效日期之前是稳定的。
