General description
凝胶过滤色谱是一种广泛使用的检测蛋白质大小和分子量的方法。蛋白质大小的差别使其进入树脂孔穴内的程度也不同,从而实现分离。较大的蛋白质不易进入树脂孔,因此比较小蛋白质更快地通过柱子。最终,这些蛋白质分子按分子量递减的顺序从柱中洗脱。
