应用
凝胶过滤标记物用于蛋白质层析和凝胶过滤层析。凝胶过滤标记已被用于研究糖皮质激素诱导的淋巴细胞溶解，作为免疫系统内细胞凋亡的模型系统。凝胶过滤标记也用于分离 玉竹 凝集素，其对 Vero 细胞显示出显著的抗 HSV-II 活性，对人黑色素瘤 A375 细胞具有细胞毒性，并以半胱天冬酶依赖性方式诱导细胞凋亡。
