生化/生理作用
NBQX [2,3-二羟基-6-硝基-7-氨基磺酰基苯并(F)喹喔啉]是一种抗惊厥药,可防止脊髓挤压伤中的白质损伤,并在实验性自身免疫性脑脊髓炎(EAE)中保护少突胶质细胞。然而,其在预防EAE中炎症的作用尚不清楚。
