General description
NTF3（神经营养蛋白3）是属于NGF（神经生长因子）家族的神经营养因子。该蛋白质由257个氨基酸组成，前体区为138个氨基酸，成熟序列为119个残基。
Application
人神经营养蛋白-3已用于少突胶质祖细胞的磁性分选。
Biochem/physiol Actions
神经营养蛋白-3（13.6 kDa或27.2 kDa二聚体）是神经营养蛋白家族的成员。其在人、小鼠和猪中具有相同的氨基酸序列，具有完全的交叉反应性。 NT-3在神经元群体的发育和维持中很重要，并促进神经嵴衍生的感觉和交感神经元的分化。这对于本体感受的1a传入神经元至关重要，后者将信息从周围的肌肉纺锤体传递到运动神经元，并将投影发送到脊髓小脑神经元。NT-3在上颈和结节神经节中也很重要。
Physical form
