生化/生理作用

SNAP是一种亚硝基硫醇衍生物,在生理条件下释放一氧化氮(NO),从而使其成为研究NO的药理学和生理学作用的有用工具。由于SNAP具有释放NO的特性,所有其在体内和体外均是有效的血管扩张剂,不易产生药理学耐受性。
