General description

NGF-β基因定位于人类染色体1p13.2。
重组人β-NGF在人293细胞中以120个氨基酸的同型二聚体(非二硫键)表达,计算分子量为13.5 kDa(单体)。神经生长因子β(β-NGF)是一种在结构上与BDNF、NT-3和NT-4相关的神经营养因子。天然β-NGF的产生发生在上皮细胞和脑下垂体中。

Biochem/physiol Actions

NGF-β基因的突变与疼痛感的丧失有关。

Physical form

Preparation Note
