General description

Application
N1培养基补充剂（100×）已用作：
- 增殖培养基的组分，用于培养少突细胞样细胞和成神经细胞瘤细胞
- 杜氏改良Eagle培养基（DMEM/F12）的补充剂，以培养人类少突胶质细胞
- α最低必需培养基（MEM）的组分，用于培养诱导的初级视网膜色素上皮（ipRPE）单层
Preparation Note
使用不含酚红的Earle′平衡盐溶液（EBSS）制备。
Other Notes
含有0.5 mg/ml重组人胰岛素、0.5 mg/ml人转铁蛋白（部分铁饱和）、0.5 μg/ml亚硒酸钠、1.6 mg/ml腐胺和0.73 μg/ml黄体酮。
