General description
奥卡西平（OXC）是卡马西平的酮类似物。与卡马西平不同，奥卡西平并没有副作用。它是一种具有抗癌作用的抗癫痫药。它相对于卡马西平具有药代动力学优势。它被指定用于神经性疼痛并可有效缓解三叉神经痛。OXC对其单羟基衍生物的分解代谢具有显著的药理特性。它可调节钾通道和电压依赖性钠通道。OXC能够调节收集小管中的V2受体-G蛋白复合物，并用于治疗尿崩症。
