生化/生理作用

O-磷酸-L-丝氨酸 (O-Phospho-L-serine，L-SOP) 是一种类似磷脂酰丝氨酸头部基团的分子，它介导小胶质细胞吞噬凋亡细胞的部分抑制作用。在斑马鱼中，L-SOP 抑制 Müller 神经胶质细胞增殖并阻断光损伤视网膜中的视锥细胞再生。 在体内 ，L-SOP 作为 CysM 的底物，CysM 是来自 结核分枝杆菌的半胱氨酸合成酶 。
